World Wonder Triple dates would be so funny when you remember that Elazar has committed serious crimes in space, Kojo is a literal eco terrorist, and Iwazaru is apart of HALT and related to Mizaru (war crimes by association).

BUT RAAAAH, IWAZARU WOULD BE ALL OVER BASHIRA, MAN. IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY. He'd definetly have the strength to lift her up and while he doesn't mind being lifted up himself, HE WOULD SO LOVE TO HOLD HER BRIDAL STYLE AND BE ALL: "Hey~" before Bashira just pushes him away and she stands up and dusts herself off. OR LIKE, WHEN THEY START DATING, Iwazaru would so love throwing her over his shoulder *he, Kikazaru, and Mizaru would have this urge to "steal" their partners* and running off with her. HE ALSO LOVES IT WHEN HE MAKES HER LAUGH. Like she's just cuddled up in bed with him and the sun hits his face so he says something really sarcastic and Bashira just laughing at how silly and funny he is and Iwazaru's eyes genuinely softening as he melts a bit underneathe her gaze and his tail curls into the shape of a heart.

BUT ALSO, BASHIRA HAS SUCH A CHOKEHOLD ON IWAZARU. Once he realizes his feelings for her aren't his usual lust or attraction, he becomes so infatuated with her. He loves to see moments of her being genuine earnest and humble. At first, he's little annoyed because he thinks she's one of those typical hot headed heros who just preach but never follow through BUT BASHIRA DOES. She does things without expecting a thank you because she's just a naturally kind person. He follows her around constantly, annoying her to try and get her attention. Sometimes he just stays back and observes her without announcing his presence, admiring how serene and peaceful she looks, only to be all: "Welp, time to make her acknowledge my presence!!" and then he ruins her day by surprise attacking her.

He likes keeping her attention on him, he craves it like its the very oxygen in his lungs. Like, he craved attention before but that was because of his trauma but this is different. Everytime her eyes are on him, he wants to do everything he can to keep them on him. AND THAT'S HOW YOU KNOW BASHIRA LIKES HIM BECAUSE SHE WILL HUMOR HIM SOMETIMES, because she doesn't typically respond to flirtation, but it's...different when it's from Iwazaru. She can see underneathe the charm and swagger that he is trying to be genuine in his own way and she doesn't want to discourage that...that and he is pretty hot. SHE IS A BIT CONFUSED AND STRANGE because his approach is so different to Amazon customs of courting and wooing a partner, but its not an unwelcomed change.

BAKARI WOULD H A T E IWAZARU and doesn't know why Bashira entertains him but Iwazaru, being a big brother himself, doesn't really let it get to him and he will be just as protective of Bakari because he knows how important he is to Bashira. Likewise, Bashira would always ensure the safety of Kikazaru and Mizaru because she understands Iwazaru's burden of having to be the older sibling that's constantly relied on.

OKAY BUT BECAUSE BASHIRA IS GREEK AND A WOMAN, YOU KNOW SHE'S HAD TO DEAL WITH ZEUS BEING WIERD AS SHIT TO HER MAN. Like, he can't do anything to her when she's on Themyscira and the Orisha do their best to keep her protected from him. Bashira makes it very clear that her loyalty is mostly towards Hera, Queen of the Gods, because she only ever calls upon her and the other goddesses. AND NUBIA AND DIANA BEING EQUALLY AS PROTECTIVE OVER BASHIRA BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT LETTING HER SUFFER THE SAME CRUEL AND TWISTED FATE AS ZUES'S OTHER LOVERS but Zeus has always been so entitled and stubbornly persistent in his pursuit of women.

BAKARI ABSOLUTELY HAS FASHIONED HER ARMOR TO MAKE HER UNDECTABLE TO THUNDER GODS, having Zeus in mind in particular. But Bashira doesn't feel comfortable if animals state at her for too long, if its raining or thundering then she must always have the armor Bakari fashioned for her on, and she hates going to Olympus alone so Bakari will often accompany her.

Bashira: "Hello, God King. I have recieved your summons."

Zeus: "I do adore when you call me that~"

Bakari: "Well, you have a tendency to through a tantrum when people don't. She is just being respectful."

and Zeus gives him a pointed look while Bakari returns a strained smile at him.

WHEN SHE DATES IWAZARU AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP BECOMES PUBLIC, Zeus is all: "Surely you would wish for someone more powerful to give your heart to. Wouldn't you?" and Bashira just uncomfortably looks away and respectfully shoots him down again and Iwazaru's eye twitches seeing that so he tightens his grip on Bashira's hand and he just helps back her up and support her. When they leave, she's all: "Thank you. I understand it must've been hard to keep your temper in check, but I thank you for not falling for his bait." and Iwazaru smiles: "The only thing I care about is making sure you're okay."

Then later that night, Zeus is fuming over Bashira's rejection and then someone BREAKS into his chambers and he's all: "WHO DARE- Oh, it's you again. You dare to intrude in the quarters of the God King, little chimp?"

"Hahaha!~ Silly God, I'm not Iwa!"

And then he closes the doors behind him as his yellow eyes glow dangerously.

"I'm Miza~"

And you can hear FUCKING SCREAMING THROUGHOUT ALL OF OLYMPUS. Bashira is cuddling next to Iwazaru and she's all: "...You seem terrifyingly happy about something."

Iwazaru: "Oh, is that not allowed?"

and she rolls her eyes and is all: "Fine, keep your secrets."

I DO WANT BASHIRA AND IWAZARU TO BE A COUPLE AFTER THINKING ABOUT IT. Like, they seem like a random pairing until you remember: They both walk between two mythologies (Iwazaru with Japanese and Chinese, Bashira with Greek and the Orisha Pantheon), they're both holy and divine (Iwazaru being a demi-god and monkey demon bc of his grandfather, Bashira being an Amazon and a Dhampir) but also: BASHIRA IS THE PRINCESS WHO SHOULD'VE BEEN QUEEN (but wasn't because of her exile) BUT IWAZARU IS THE PRINCE WHO WAS NEVER TREATED LIKE A PRINCE (because the Yamisoka clan hid and kept him from his potential and throne).

With that being said, their first meeting would definetly be due to the fact that their teams are rivals. So the Detective League getting a signature on a powerful magical relic so they send Bashira after it, meanwhile, HALT also recieved that same signature and when they saw that the Detective League were sending in Bashira. So they sent in their own divine and damned powerhouse.

AND IT WOULD BE SUCH A COOL FIGHT BUT BASHIRA FIGHTING LIKE A WARRIOR AND IWAZARU FIGHTING LIKE AN ASSASSIN. She fights bravely, fiercely, and honorably but he fights deceptively, cunningly, and stealthily. Also, naturally, Iwazaru would be flirting and mocking her while Bashira's noble heart can't help but try and reason with Iwazaru and going into the battle nobly...but it's literally Iwazaru.

Bashira: "We do not need to fight, Prince of Calamitous Patience. We both serve to protect the innocent. Let us both lay down our weapons and speak as royalty should: with reason, not violence."

Iwazaru: "Royalty? See, I'm still a bit new to this whole 'Prince' stuff, so I'm not entirely sure about what I should do. Do I bow before the disgraced Princess of Themyscira?"

and Bashira frowns but Iwazaru continues: "Or would you prefer I kneel? I can make it look good if you're into that kind of thing.~"

Bashira: "My exile does not diminish my wish to serve justice. Seeing as your weapon is still up, I realize now that it is fruitless to try and reason with you."

Iwazaru: "Yeah, I don't even know what made you think that would work. I came for a fight!"

and he charges at her with his staff but she blocks with her sword before she manages to push him back and she charges at him while he's dodging her with his acrobatics.

Bashira: "I will not allow HALT to have this relic, it will become a tool of oppression in their hands!"

Iwazaru: "Ha! Maybe to the BAD GUYS, it will. That's the thing about your justice, your majesty, it comes with too many strings and useless moral dilemmas. HALT gets results. Dirty, sure. But it works faster than whatever the hell you guys are doing!"

and Iwazaru manages to kick her feet out from under her and Bashira once again crosses her swords to keep his staff from hitting her before she manages to slice her sword so that it cuts his hand and makes him weaken his grip on his staff and when he becomes surprised, she grabs his throat and immediately stands up to pin him against the wall. Meanwhile, he just looks her up and down before he grins: "You're a lot taller in person. That's not a complaint.~"

Bashira: "You dare to treat this like a game? This is no time for mockery, you have to understand that HALT-"

Iwazaru: "Yeah, yeah, yeah- "HALT is bad.", "I won't let you do this.", "what you're doing is wrong!", I've heard it a thousand times before-" and then he kicks her off of him which causes her to stumble back while he summons his staff to charge at her and Bashira charges at him.

Iwazaru: "I'M NOT THE KIND OF BORING HERO WHO TAKES THINGS ALL SERIOUS AND HONORABLY. I bite-" and then he just winks at her, "You'd like that, I think~"

Bashira: "Do not presume to know me."

and Iwazaru chuckles as he manages to dodge a other one of her attacks before he pins her against the wall with his staff: "No, not yet. But I want to~ You make me curious. You wear the mask of a noble warrior with a tragic honor. I want to see the real you..." and then he looks at her *ahem* assets without any shame, "All of you, if I'm being honest."

and Bashira immediately punches him which causes him to step backwards a bit before she manages to disarm him again. So he fights her hand to hand and while his skills as a former assassin usually do come in handy, Bashira is a fully fledged warrior and she eventually sends him flying.

Bashira: "Do not mistake my restraint as weakness. I respect your strategy and abilities as a fighter, but I think it is wise if you yield."

and Iwazaru just stares at her before he just grins: "Heh. Don't you remember what I said? HALT always gets results...even if we have to play dirty."

and then all of a sudden, Bashira gets hit by Kikazaru's staff with is glowing with celestial power before Mizaru laughs his usual sadistic laugh when he uses his staff to create a bunch of rocks to fall on top of Bashira and while she is strong enough to not be crushed, there's so many of them that she's hurriedly trying to throw her way out.

Iwazaru: "It was really cute that you thought I'd fight fair.~ Hopefully this won't be the last time we meet, Bashira Brooks."

And then he and brothers just throwing down their staffs and riding on them and by the time Bashira releases herself from the rocks, Bashira frowns and sees that they're long gone. She curls her hand into a fist before she sighs, upset because she felt like she failed her team, and upset that she didn't see it coming.

Afterwards, Bashira will train harder than she ever has. Trying to figure out how to spot surprise threats from every angle because she will NOT allow Iwazaru Saruhashi to get the best of her next time they fight.
