Day 2: Let’s keep it simple still and do 5 minutes of... PUSHUPS! Start with your body on the floor, laying on your belly. Hands should be just wider than your shoulders with your palms on the floor. Your feet will be close together and toes curled under. Engage your core and push up. Head should stay relatively in the same position and try to keep your eyes looking out in front of you. Lower your body back down towards the ground but do not lower all the way to the floor. Repeat as many times as possible and split into sets for 5 minutes. Too hard for you?
