Anyway, we have my normal ish interpretation, a bat, raccoon, cat, and spider version (the most common animal associations) of him, a femme outfit, and a girl version :)

Another Sanders Sides Headcanon!

Okay So I have another headcanon. So, I saw this video on TikTok with a guy mowing his grass with a ferret on his back, which was adorable, and then I thought of Sanders Sides. Here’s what I’m thinking: 

Bat!Virgil is feeling either anxious or scared and shapeshifts into a small bat to hide in an effort to self soothe himself, but Logan ends up investigating it because his emotions are beginning to weigh on Thomas, and finds the little bat. So when he coaxes Virgil out, he tucks him into a pocket of his shirt which offers Virgil a dark place to hide and the reassurance that he’s not alone as he listens to Logan’s heart. Eventually this becomes a habit for the two. 

I can also totally see Patton finding out about it, and one adoring his small Bat form, and two offering to do the same thing with his cardigan so his little Bat son can feel safe and relaxed.
