#batman's tech stuff

Okay so, in the DEWMA universe, for reasons I have yet to disclose, Batman's zeta code and online signature in the Batcave, the identifiying part of the code is "B00" B-Zero-Zero.

But I wrote it out just now and I can SEE in my mind's eye Hal Jordan and Barry Allen cackling about it. His identification is Boo. Because he's Spooky. And Scary. They're never letting him live this down.

Okay, so i hc that all Bat/Superhero computer systems (that oracle or one of the bats are admins of) have random SUPER encrypted files in as bait for anyone whos trying to hack the system

They're all tagged with HYPERSPECIFIC contradictions so only people farmiliar with the tagging system can gauge the pattern and tell what's a dud file and whats not.

For YJ systems (and teen titans later) specifically, i headcannon that every once in a while they'll link a rickroll dud file in their mission reports to try and get Rob to click on them.

BUT MY VERY IMPORTANT FANFICTION SCENARIO THAT I NEED TO WRITE: Tim Drake making fan edits of superheros. And then he stores them carefully on the YJ systems with the Highest Clearance Needed, the Most Heavily Encripted Files. Because the Edits are EMBARASSING.

Not bad- embarassing. He uses trending TikTok songs. He's Very Obviously Thirsty for his teammates. He uses some of HIS OWN PICTURES in the edits along with publicly avaliable ones bc he's a perfectionist and he has /just the right photo/ for this part of the edit. Which is part of the reason why he'd never post them.

He has edits of other heros too- his family mostly, but the ones of his teammates are Very Obviously Thirsty.

And then, one day, a villian almost gets all the way through the encryptions, and the whole team is like!!!! We need to check the file!!!! See what they could have gotten to!!!!!! And they Cannot Be Disuaded, and Tim protesting makes it Very Much Worse.

So they end up watching all the edits Tim has made of them. Reactions and teasing ensue.
