It had taken him longer to get to the hospital than he wanted. With Tom's food and huge thermos of coffee Bruce fought traffic.A half hour later he walked in the The place was a zoo, Tom did say there was a pile up on one of the interstates. 

Bruce waved at one of the nurses behind the desk. She had a phone pressed between her shoulder, she covered the mouth piece with her hand. "He's in the doctor's lounge." She pointed down the one hall. With another wave he was off. 

Bruce knocked on the door when he spotted Thomas. He didn't want to give the man a start. Thomas was sitting at the table with his head resting on it. Sleeping mostly likely. "Hey handsome. I come bearing gifts."

My favorite thing about them - Tom has been my best friend since we were six. He as seen me at my best and my worse and no matter what he has never given up on me. He always picks me up and dusts me off. I love him for that. 

My least favorite thing about them - How goddamn stubborn he is. 

Do I find them attractive? You bet your sweet ass i do. 

Are we friends? Best friends. 

Would I date them? Yes

Would I marry them? Yes. 

Would I have children with them? We have a dog. Does that count?

Would I die for them? Always.
