Hello there! I was the anon who ate the battery, I think I'll call myself battery anon from now on. So I just want to ask about Endspeak, was the writings we saw from your arts actually readable? Did you create a working alphabet or are they all gibberish? I know how hard it is to create a new language, it looks very alien. I like it! If you have any headcanons about Endspeak, can I hear about it please. Also are the any languages beside Endspeak?

Hello battery anon! I like the name lmao

Okay Endspeak! The writing I use is in fact readable! I use the Standard Galatic Alphabet which is actually the writing used in the Minecraft enchantment table!

As for headcannons I’m still kinda working with things as I go but I HC that Enderspeech actually doesn’t HAVE a written alphabet/language (it’s simply translated using the enchantment table alphabet as i think that’d be a recognized form of writing amoung mobs)

though since the SGA doesn’t have symbols for punctuation sometimes the meaning of phrases can get lost in translation (that’s one of the reasons I put a direct translation below the SGA writing so I can add question marks and such!)

Also for other languages I think on the overworks there’s probably languages for most sentient mobs (creepers, villagers hell even spiders probably have a rough language) Phantoms use endspeech and guardians kinda have a psycic bond to each other (that’s solely based off the fact that the elder guardian can inflict mining fatigue without being near the player lmao)

And then for the Nether there’s basically one main language (Netheren is I think what I’d call it) but there are different dialects/grammar rules across the different mobs (so Techno and Ranboo would be able to talk to each other pretty well but there’d be a bit of confusion on certain words/scentences if that makes sense!)

I am really loving Ranboo more and more because of you. I already had a positive reaction to him since he asked Philza to rescue him from lava. But you just making me love him and his dynamic with Techno and Phil. If he's both half Enderman and half Ghast how did he gain sentience/human-ish intelligence? Do you have headcanons for him? -Battery anon (sorry for bothering you, I have nothing else to do)

Hello sorry this is such a late response I got this at like 1am this morning while half asleep ;w;

To the first half FUCK YEAH glad I can spread the Ranboo propaganda to the masses (he really is a great content creator and I’m so happy to see him have such great dynamics with larger creators ;w;)

As for gaining sentience... I’m not quite sure? Endermen in my kinda writing already are rather sentient though of course they lack an understanding of human culture so maybe Ranboo stumbled upon a larger server when he was young and was kinda raised there? (Hypixel would be my first guess since he plays on there when not on the SMP)

Also asks of any sort are never a bother! Sorry again that I couldn’t answer this back when you weren’t doing anything ;w;
