Hiii!!! First of all, thank you so much!!! "Outstanding" is one of my favorite compliments b/c my dad says it very silly.

Anyway, I started the next part to "Full", then got sidetracked with the alternate continuation to "Slimy", then got possessed by the need to write for The Pitt, plus I have my Javier Peña series going on, so it's all been very hectic on my laptop!

I teased the follow up to "Full" a little bit ago, and since it's been a while since I've fed the Joel girlies, there is a snippet below the cut! It should hopefully be out within two-ish weeks (hopefully way sooner)! (also babygirl name reveal)

The baby, who you and Joel named Luca, who is often referred to as Lulu, is now three months old and growing through a growth spurt. She’d been a little fussy all week long, but now as the weekend has rolled in, and you and Joel are around for the entire day, it’s like she lets go and lets you guys have it.

She’s been crying all day, on and off. She’ll tire herself out and sleep for about an hour and a half, then she’s at it again.

It’s stressful for any parent. You had to hide in the bathroom with the faucet on just to regain your composure around 3:00 PM.

Joel hasn’t left Lulu’s side since she woke him up at 4:00 this morning. His little girl’s in pain because she’s growing, and it makes his heart twist. She’s gotta grow; there isn’t another option, as much as you and Joel would like to keep her this small forever.

At around 8:00, you take Lulu into the shower with you, hoping some warm water will ease her discomfort, as well as give Joel a chance to eat dinner.

You’ve been leaking more than usual today, triggered by Lulu’s cries. As you stand in the shower with her, she nurses, whimpering occasionally, but the comfort of being in her mother’s arms with a breast in her mouth and warm water cascading over her body seems to be calming her.

Once you think Lulu is too sleepy to fight much longer, you shut the water off and dry her off, then pad into her nursery to get her in her pajamas.

All the movement has her fussing again, which has Joel making his way to the nursery, finding you struggling to keep your towel wrapped around your body while trying to get Lulu comfortable.

“I got it,” he murmurs, securing the towel above your bust and grabbing the onesie Lulu doesn’t seem to want to wear.

You’re so frustrated that you wordlessly leave the room to get ready for bed.

Ever the daddy’s girl, Lulu is a bit more compliant under her father’s hands, though the screaming doesn’t stop, which continues to yank on Joel’s heartstrings.

He sits in the glider chair with Lulu and rocks her for about twenty minutes before she’s cried herself to sleep.

Joel sits there for another ten before transferring her to the crib. He kisses her head and whispers, “You are so precious to me, little girl,” echoing the quote he carved into her crib.

He’s so fucking beat that he doesn’t notice the way your jaw drops when he walks in.

“Um, hello?”

He furrows his brow and holds his hands out at his sides. “What?”

“Joel, your shirt…”

He looks down and finds there are two wet spots on his shirt, right over his…nipples.

“What?!” he whispers to himself, scrambling to rip his shirt over his head so he can inspect whatever the fuck is going on.

As he shuffles into the bathroom, he misses the way you’re grinning and holding a hand over said grin to keep from laughing, lest you wake the baby.

You join him in the bathroom, nursing pads sticking out of your tank top to soak up any leaking breastmilk.

If what you think is happening is happening, you think you might hide the box from him.

Joel squints and gets as close to the mirror as he can with the countertop in the way.

“Oh, motherfucking… Baby? Baby, the hell’s happenin’ to me?” he demands, bringing a finger to his nipple, a white pearl dripping onto it.

“What happened is my tits just went outta business,” you say, fully laughing now, doubled over and hugging your side.

How am I supposed to describe this to my English speaking audience? There's a nice saying in Russian, or actually two versions of it that I use to describe my hobbies. The first one "И шнец, и жрец, и на дуде игрец" and the second one is "И поешь, и пляшешь, и хуем машешь". Basically the translation would be "you sing, you dance and you also wave your cock" bearing the meaning that the person is doing everything they can in relation to hobbies.

Is there a nice saying to use instead in English? I'm really invested in linguistics on a hobby level (sorry) but I can't think of any good phrases. I want to put something in my pinned post, but just saying that I write fanfiction, draw arts, make collages, knit, sew, code, etc seems a bit too simple. I'm also a Finance major in addition to that lol.

I have this totally random idea of doing like a weekly check in on here with my story reading. Mostly to help me keep accountable because I really want to be caught up with all the stories I’m reading but might also be nice for others who are looking for new stories to read.
