I absolutely adore mythology. You can ask my boss, who I regaled with stories of how Orion was put in the sky just on Saturday. . . And yet! These are the only mythology books I own?!😱😱 I’m saddened in myself. I have a lot of retellings, but not many straight mythology. My copy of The Odyssey is missing here, at least... . . I finished Circe this evening and thought it was wonderful. I read it slow, as it felt slow, but purposefully slow. As if I were the goddess herself living out my eternity slowly. It was a beautiful story and I can’t wait to read The Song of Achilles soon. . . Wanted to do some colors today...These colors represent my team for my the @readingrivalry challenge this month: Sailor Venus! One of my favorite gifts from this Christmas, was my collectors editions of Red Queen and Glass Sword. Red Queen especially! The cover is so beautiful! . .
