hi, thanks for your answer. i did all of that (my nickname was hitthelight) and everything i answered i thought was correct but it somehow ended in that section. is it because i wrote it in english? im also part of another fancafe and when i filled that one wrong, they at least replied to my post saying what to fix but here they said nothing :( should i write in korean?

You can write it in English. You should really triple check that you answered everything and answered everything correctly. There’s no point in trying to answer it in Korean unless you know how to

thank you for always updating for us <3 your dedication and blog is amazing and fiestar would be so proud. i have a quick question about fancafe. i filled the post to level up and its in the 등업리턴 section but im still not levelled up and no one has replied to my post, its been over a month. should i submit again? thanks in advance :)

You probably did something wrong when you submitted it. If it ends up in that section, that means you messed something up. A lot of things could prevent you form being leveled up, but the most common one is the nicknames.  Make sure your nickname can be pronounced as a word in English or Korean and does not include Fiestar or any of the member’s names. No underscores or any other sort of special charachter. Also the “brief address” part is asking you to say where you’re from. You don’t have to get real specific just the State/Province and the country is usually enough. Try doing it again and make sure you lock the post before you send it. You’ll only be leveled up if it goes to the 등업완료 section
