i have no idea if it was intentional or not from the writers and creators of Merlin but it is one of the most beautiful and tragic love stories i’ve ever watched
i’m sure this is a question that has been haunting the fandom for years BUT ..... as his manservant do you think Merlin had to bathe Arthur ??? like scrub him and gently wash his hair ? because if so i cannot imagine the absolute gay panic they both had the first time it happened

yes, Merlin finally reveals his magic (and love) to Arthur and we get this beautiful and heartbreaking final moments of just them
BUT
the fight with Mordred and Morgana is so .... anticlimactic ?? i mean here we have waited five seasons for this and there was no magical battle between Merlin and Morgana ? Mordred and Arthur don’t even clash their swords ?
