I was very tired from an extremely stressful work day and just wanted to go to bed, but I also wanted to set a good tone for the rest of my week so I laced up my shoes and got to work! I've kind of fallen off track lately. I lost a lot of weight and then sort of gave up before getting to the body I actually wanted. I didn't eat unhealthily and was still Banting, but I reintroduced cheese and dairy and started eating ALOT more nuts than I should of. Today - is first day of project come back! I will get to my goal 💪🏻 breakfast this morning before starting up BBG week 1 again is two jumbo egg omelet with rocket cooked in coconut oil, a green tea and a glass of water. Let's do this!

Back in the game with @lavenderiris15 for #BBG Round 2.
