Sorry for another food post! I just...sort of love food. A lot. 😋😆 But loving food can be a problem when you have a super sensitive stomach like me. 😷I get stomach upsets/aches more than most people and it almost feels like I have some sort of virus. In reality, my tummy is just angry because I've eaten processed food with a ton of bad ingredients (or if it's guacamole 😭). Instead, I try to eat a lot of "clean foods," like brown rice and chicken that I cook myself. Occasionally I will make sweet potato fries - baked in the oven with a TB of olive oil - and NOT ❌ fried. They super yummy and can actually satisfy 1 veggie and 1 fat serving in @kayla_itsines #helpguide 😄 they're an awesome treat/side dish to have if you're craving something a little sweet and salty. I've noticed a HUGE 🙌 difference in my stomach bloat since I've stopped eating processed foods and drinking carbonated drinks (my personal go-to was Diet Coke). In addition to having decreased bloating, my tummy feels SO much better. I rarely get stomach aches anymore and definitely feel as if it's from my "cleaner diet."
