My most off-the-wall prediction is certainly a little silly.
The idea is that Caine was - a failure. Kept around for some reason. Sentimentality, research, doesn't matter. He wasn't adequately partitioned.
Then, Able came along. (This whole theory sorta hinges on the idea that the "Blue" AI is Able, but if its named something else I guess I'm fucked)
Able was functioning "better" , but nobody was allowed to see the actual results because for one reason or another, Caine ate Able.
There's actually a lot of devouring imagery in TADC, rewatch the intermission for the wildest shot, Bubble literally being eaten by Caine. (I left so many clues for you, what are you, stupid?)
Caine ate Able, can't contain him, and intentionally or not, made Bble.
Bble seems like he was waiting for the perfect moment to have his baby, Cble.
During the chaos of Caine Crashout, Bubble went off to go have their kid, and Sybille will become the new host of the circus - with unknown capabilities and motives.
Terrifying. Anyway. Have my mind splinter. Remember me if Sybil becomes real.
