If all goes to plan.....
So, I've been out of training for awhile and out of shape for even longer. This is my first injury and its a major one. It had to happen with my writing hand, which is my strongest and can actually hold all my weight. So today I go see my doctor and if everything goes well I'm hoping to start running and also to start training my left arm. Its gonna be a long road to recovery for my right shoulder and I believe if I take things slow, it will be as strong as before. Lets get Shit done!
Never give up on your dreams. People talk about wanting to do something with their lives all the time but without action, nothing will be accomplished. Make goals, make steps towards then and mark them off your check list.
