This BBQ Chicken Dip is a crowd-pleasing appetizer that combines the flavors of tangy BBQ sauce, creamy cheeses, and tender chicken. It's perfect for game days, parties, or any occasion!
Ingredients: 2 cups cooked shredded chicken. 1 cup BBQ sauce. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Shred the chicken and mix it with BBQ sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, red onion, cilantro, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well until everything is well mixed. Put the mixture in a baking dish and make sure it's spread out evenly. Put the dip in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before you serve it. If you want, you can add more chopped cilantro as a garnish. Serve hot with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables to dip.
