This Crockpot Honey Sesame Chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that's perfect for busy weeknights. The sweet and savory sauce infuses the tender chicken with flavor, and the slow cooker does all the work for you.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup ketchup. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 2 tablespoons water. 2 green onions, thinly sliced. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and sesame oil. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with two forks. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir into the sauce in the slow cooker. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to coat with the sauce. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high, until sauce has thickened. Serve over rice or noodles, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
