This flavorful marinade combines the perfect balance of savory, sweet, and tangy flavors, making it the ultimate choice for your summer BBQ chicken. It's easy to prepare and infuses the chicken with deliciousness that will keep everyone coming back for more!
Ingredients: 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 1/4 cup rice vinegar. 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
Instructions: Soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes should all be mixed together in a bowl using a whisk. In a large plastic bag that can be closed again, put chicken breasts. Put the chicken in the bag, close it up, and shake it to coat it all over. Put the mixture in the fridge for at least two hours, or better yet, overnight. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade. Cook the chicken on the grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until it's done and the juices run clear. Once done, take it off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
