These BBQ pork belly muffins are a tasty take on regular barbecue. The honey-based sauce makes a sweet and savory glaze, and the muffin tin makes the dish look fun. Ideal for people who like to grill and enjoy strong flavors.
Ingredients: 1.5 kg pork belly, cubed. 1 cup BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Muffin tray with liners.
Instructions: Get the grill ready by setting it to medium-high heat. To make the marinade, put BBQ sauce, honey, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Put the pork belly cubes in a big plastic bag that can be closed again and again. Then, pour half of the marinade over the cubes. Close the bag and rub the pork all over to coat it evenly. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight to marinate. Set the oven to 180C 350F and heat it up. Use paper liners to line the muffin tin. Put a cube of pork belly that has been marinated in each muffin cup, making sure they fit well. The pork cubes should be brushed with the rest of the marinade. Place the pork in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the pork is fully cooked and has a nice caramelized top. After taking it out of the oven, let it cool down for a few minutes. Enjoy the BBQ pork belly muffins while they're still hot.
