[John Lennon, by Jealous Guy) Conceptually, I think it’s such a real, honest, song, again, something that me mom had playing when I was younger, so stuff that I heard when I growing up. And it’s only really later in life that I listened to this song properly instead of, you know, having in the background, I listen to this song properly, the words and the concept, and the passion in his voice, I think it’s just an incredible song. Your new song, tell us about that I got a new called DLIBYH, which I’m really proud of, really happy about. I’m feeling about my music at the moment, coz I’m getting a bit of a momentum now, and I think for a second, I think, for a second, I was kinda trading water for a bit, and I was trying to develop my sound, and work out exactly who I was an artist. I feel like I worked that out now, so, releasing more music, more frequently, has been really exciting for me. I have announced the album, that’s coming out in January, so it’s a really exciting time for me, at the moment. [And a World tour] A world tour! I can’t wait for that! [Some people talk about world tour and they may go to Paris and back, but you’re actually doing the world: Dubai, Sydney, Tokyo, Rio De Janeiro, Buenos Aires, right up America] And honestly, I’ve said before, that in my head is always been the star of my solo career: when I can look into people’s eyes, see what the songs means, see what the lyrics mean to people. That’s what I’ve been excited for a long time, so I can’t wait. Are you a forever and ever solo artist now? No, I mean, I don’t know, you’d have to ask the rest of them! [So that door hasn’t been shut?] Absolutely not, no, it’s the 10th anniversary next year, so has to be something that happen, a little something. [Can’t let it go] You know what I mean? Mr Brightside? Yes, so, I mentioned before, a couple of days, I was into a cover band… Yeah… We didn’t call ourselves a cover band, but essentially, we were. Pretty much, my favorite song at the time was Mr Brightside, by The Killers, was probably one of the four songs in rotation. The band didn’t know a lotta songs, I didn’t know a lot of songs, so must have sung this song 50 times when I was younger, and any lives I would do, this song would be on it. So really special for me.
