Even with Pat's obliviousness, it is easy to see how much effort he exerts in ensuring that he and Pran are within the same orbit.
Pran is forced to leave his precious guitar behind? Pat keeps it (and by the looks of it, taken good care of it too).
His friends contributed to the destruction of the bus stop and endangered Pran's friends? He makes up for it by manipulating his friends to build a new bus stop with the Architecture gang and helping Pran get a sponsorship.
Pat accidentally destroys Pran's earphones? Pat replaces it immediately with his own earphones.
Pran explicitly tells him to stay away? Pat still follows Pran everywhere.
Pran accidentally sees him having dinner with Ink? Pat quickly offers Pran the seat next to him and even gives the menu to Pran first.
Pran leaves Pat and Ink alone to have their dinner without eating anything? Pat comes after Pran with food in tow.
Pran gets hurt? Pat appears with medicine (insists on applying it on Pran) twice.
Pat keeps cajoling Pran to stay near his orbit even though he really is not sure why. That's why every audience felt Pran's hurt the moment that Pat confesses he "likes" Ink. At that moment, we were all Pran. 😭
Apparently, love is complimenting and poking your "enemy's" dimples and calling him cute for no g*d d*mned reason at all. 🤭🤭🤭🤭
