Vanitas ft. Terra's pants, Aqua's shirt and a dream. If he got taken on as an Apprentice instead of Ventus? Or with him? Or after everything is done they turn him into a good guy? I don't know. All I know is this was hard to draw.

Inktober Day 11 — Wander
This time I drew Vanitas wandering through the Keyblade Graveyard since I recently saw segments of the Vanitas parts of the BBS Novel and they made me feel sad but love his character even more
I needed this crossover more than anything else.

A Kingdom Hearts Inquiry... (Kingdom Hearts Union X & III Spoilers)
I've been seeing some videos on YouTube about Ventus' original Keyblade being Missing Ache and what this could mean for his character. Since it's already known that he was a nice but lonely kid, it's rumored that his darkness came from either loneliness or the trauma of surviving the Keyblade War and watching countless other wielders die.
But my main question and biggest concern is what does this mean for Chirithy and Ven? We've seen that it was happy to see him at the end of KHIII, but also stated earlier that he was happier with his new friends. It also stated that it made it to the Final World differently than Sora, so getting back is probably also different.
If Ven had darkness in his heart before, did Chirithy become a Nightmare? Was Chirithy destroyed because it was a Nightmare and turned back to normal once it found itself in the Final World? It probably didn't want to go back because it probably attacked Ventus and was ashamed of itself.
It somehow knew about Terra and Aqua even though it has been in the Final World for what we can expect was a long time. Did it think Ventus was better off without it after it saw him finally become happy for the first time in who knew how long? I can see it doing that with how dodgy it was with Sora's questions about going back.
Imagine how often Chirithy wanted to run to Ven's side every time he got in trouble after it died. It probably wanted to rip Xehanort to shreds.
And then we have ask ourselves how it felt about Vanitas. Did it not like Vanitas or did it find it hard to hate him because he was still part of Ventus? Could it see through him like it could with Ven? Did it ever blame Ven for turning it into a Nightmare (if it ever was one) even though Ven technically can't really control his darkness?
All I can really see now is Ven and Chirithy together and Ven being devastated when Chirithy becomes a Nightmare. Does Chirithy decide to fight Ven like the others with their chosen wielders or does it keep it's sanity and still tried to protect Ven until it eventually was killed?
That would break my heart if so.
I like to imagine vanitas would pull a bunch of pranks on ven like 24/7 and when ven finally has a chance of getting revenge he fails miserably…
Vanitas with freckles is my new religion hhhcbsjjkacboa I love you
