i love that leif was like, “if you dont start eating youre going to start hallucinating” and then i literally start hallucinating that night like lol
#i dont think its related i actually ate today#i think its mostly like... im starting to become i n c r e d i b l y paranoid lol#plus it was right after i woke up (not sleep paralysis tho i could move)#and apparently those are pretty common#although im starting to question if leif was right in dismissing the fact that i was diagnosed with bipolar#bc... reasons#but except for that one episode years ago i can never stay in hypomania for longer than a day or two#even now i wouldnt necessarily consider myself 'hypomanic' because i dont really have an elevated mood#but i do feel... fast?#and im not really sleeping#and i just want to do things#but like... too lazy to commit lol#therapy tales
