Hello Comfort Committee!!
I’m Luigi, if we haven’t met yet, it’s because I’m new here.
I luckily started the same week as the Dave and Buster’s Happy Hour. When I found out there was a group at BCM responsible for putting together events like that, I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of immediately.
(me getting excited about comfort committee)
A little history about me, I was a Resident Assistant for 3 years in college, where part of my job was putting on fun, exciting and stimulating events that the residents in my hall.

I would work with a team to plan the event, keep track of budgets, space reservations and catering orders.
At my previous job, I took the initiative to build out Special Employee Events calendar that tracked employee's birthdays, work anniversaries and other special dates so that we could appropriately celebrate everyone’s milestones.
I understand the importance of a strong and fun company culture at the workplace. It’s something that I’ve worked to build at all of my previous jobs and it’s something I want to continue being a part of here at BCM.
And to top it off immediate team is mostly remote.
Since I’m new this would be a great way for me to meet new people and interact with people on other teams that I wouldn’t normally have the opportunity to work with.
(Us becoming best friends when I get on the Comfort Committee)
I also love to eat and drink. A lot.
(actual real photo of me and my roommate when we’re “hanging out”).
I love pop culture, Beyoncé, Karaoke (a BCM event I would definitely love to plan, btw), The Mets, movies and entertainment news and all things social media. I promise we’ll get a long great, I swear. Finally and most importantly:
I’m very excited about the potential to work with you all. Thanks so much for your consideration. Now let’s get comfy!
