I received an advanced reader copy of Don’t Forget Me from Amazon Publishing UK via NetGalley, in return for my honest opinion. Don’t Forget Me by B. C. Schiller is a story about overcoming your past. Five years ago, Olivia Hoffman’s husband and daughter disappeared. Olivia has never stopped looking for them, due to work and taking care of her dad, she’s not making any progress. Now a patient of hers had died and the police say he murdered a girl, Lisa Manz, five years ago. Olivia doesn’t believe this and sets off to clear his name. Levi Kant was the lead investigator, five years ago, on the Lisa Manz case. Due to a horrific injury, Levi was sidelined and unable to solve the case. Levi is no longer an investigator, but finds himself pulled back to the Lisa Manz murder now that her killer has been found. Levi and Olivia have teamed up to discover if Olivia’s patient is Lisa Manz’s killer. This was a short, quick read that leaves you wanting more. This book was recently translated so parts are a bit choppy but overall an interesting plot that keeps you intrested. Don’t Forget Me was released December 12, 2019.
