My favorite Gregg story thus far was her recounting the time she got fired in front of 50 members of HER OWN team...then being escorted immediately from the premises. If that's not a pivotal, character-building event, then I don't know what is. We heard from @greggrenfrew herself a number of times in Dallas. Each time I was in awe of her #presence, and her #vision. I made this for my team after reviewing my notes from #bcsummit, but after coaching practice today, the value of good habits was reaffirmed for me. • Whether it's habits in business that help keep you on track to grow, or daily habits like exercise, eating right, or gratitude that help you lead a happier life in general, our days are framed by habits that have been "rewarded" over time. • Some say it takes 21 days to create a new habit, but that's easier said than done.
