genuinely thinking abt how after years of throwing lock after lock on myself I'm finally shaking free of them and how I've felt. so much better bc of it. i have bad days and i have my episodes but like. overall I've truly felt better and I'm having fun living again despite the horrors like aaaah it really does get better after you confront the things that hurt and bothered you and after you confront yourself too. crazy
