Virtual Reality as Proof that Life is a Game
(Not only have I given you scientific proof, but I also mentioned this in my post, “Notes from the Universe.” I have also explained that “Death Does Not Exist” and emphatically stated that life is a game that you can’t lose in my post, “A Deeper Understanding of Death and Murder.” )
Consider virtual reality games, which are wildly popular and are considered “fun” by most.
They are alternate worlds created by “real” people who are, presumably, more conscious and more intelligent than the characters (avatars) that they create in their alternate realities.
Which is to say that the CREATOR of the alternate reality has a wider and more comprehensive view of the avatar’s life circumstances and environment than does the avatar herself. (The creator knows more about the avatar’s world because s/he CREATED it.)
Why do people create alternate realities??
To experience other perspectives; to see what life would be like under a different set of circumstances, in a different body, in a different location. For FUN.
Thus, your higher self created the game (i.e. your individual life circumstances/obstacles) so that it could experience life in 3D through a human avatar.
(Can you really be sure that your “intuition” is anything more than silent commands issued by the creator of your avatar on a cosmic keyboard??)
Anyone who has played a simulated reality game which involves “people” can attest to the fact that even avatars enjoy SOME level of autonomy in their “fictitious” lives. (I mentioned this, jokingly, in a post about my own life, and how my younger sister’s created characters from The Sims game would always defy her (their creator’s) wishes for them. Before going to school, my sister would build her avatars houses and ideal little lives, only to return home to see that they had burned down their homes, abandoned their families, and cheated on the partners that SHE had chosen for them. One girl outright REFUSED to be with the guy that my sister had literally created for her; she rebelled by always ending up in the houses of the other male characters--never her own!)
And so again, I ask: How can you be sure that YOU, YOUR LIFE AND YOUR EXISTENCE are not merely a simulation on some more intelligent being’s SCREEN???
Additionally, when you enter into the virtual world, what type of life do you choose? Depending on your personality, you may choose a life riddled with hurdles for you to overcome for the sheer thrill of it, OR you might elect a more comfortable existence. (The same person could choose a completely different set of circumstances depending on the day/time/temperature outside/their mood/how bored they are at the moment.)
This explains why some people in what we call “real” life have significantly harder lives than others.
But more often than not, we choose the BEST of everything that the virtual reality has to offer: the best cars, the best houses, the best bodies, the best lives...
Which is why it makes NO SENSE for anybody residing in this 3D human existence to consciously CHOOSE to exist at ANY LEVEL THAT IS LESS THAN BRILLIANT!! When you play video games, do you always make a point to choose the WORST car? The most SOUL-CRUSHING job?? The ugliest and LEAST INTERESTING mate??? The most UNCOMFORTABLE house??
THIS IS WHY YOU ARE REWARDED BY THE UNIVERSE AND YOUR HIGHER SELF FOR DOING THE THINGS THAT YOU WERE CREATED TO DO!!! It is also why you are “punished” when you do not!!
(I’m tryna give y’all the secret to life, but who is listening???)
Now make like an avatar and LIVE!!!
