Social Media Tip: Making Blocking Matters Convenient-- for BOTH Sides...
Hey, if you block someone, make sure you block them on ALL socials you use (if they use them, too). I mean, there's a difference between "block evasion" and, "I thought you decided to be more active elsewhere!".
Remember, it's not like someone gets a notification about being blocked; so unless they're obsessively checking your account here or elsewhere daily, they're not gonna realize you blocked them here or elsewhere, thus the assumption it was fine to engage with a post or account of yours elsewhere.
Most people on here or elsewhere tend to list all of their socials, in one way or another; or tend to carry the same handle across socials, so it's not exactly that hard to find their alternative socials and block them there, too, just to be safe.
So, before you send someone a scathing accusation of trying to "evade blocking" or smear them as some "obsessive stalker" to others, ask yourself this: "Did I also remember to prevent any possible contact on THIS social, too...?"
Now, if they're clearly the same person, just with an alternative account that seems suspiciously and overly eager to contact you... Yeaahhh, now THAT is "block evasion." Call them out as you please, then.
((Don't worry, no such thing happened to me, I managed to find out on my own some people wanted nothing more to do with me. I gladly will back off if you seriously want nothing to do with me; but just ensure I (or anyone else) know, too, or can't see/engage with ya in any manner... ))
