1/26/23 Walk on paved Beach trail. Day 38 of workout streak.

Figured out why fitbit and Runkeeper don't match on distance, fitbit isn't connecting to GPS, says no signal, despite Runkeeper saying there is a good GPS signal. So fitbit is estimating based on steps, and is pretty far off.. fitbit says 2.07 miles vs Runkeeper's 1.78.

Anyway, it was too cold and windy for me to walk down by the water, so I did the paved trail that runs behind the hotels instead.

I stopped halfway and stretched a bit, which felt so good. My glutes / hips are not loving the walking, so stiff.
