Day 5? Complete...lol I say this with a "..." because I had a muscle pain in my abdomin/pelvis area that prevented me from completing my lying leg lifts. I'm not sure where this came from but I chose to listen to my body rather than injure myself further. Otherwise, Khloe and I had another great walk tonight as you can see we shave about 2 minute off our time from last night. Probably cause we didn't talk as much. I was really tired and almost didn't go. BUT Khloe asked about going for a walk and I didn't want to deter her from future walks.
