Just part of the I team smashing some tires this morning! While everyone else is asleep, my team is up working their asses off! Change requires motivation and dedication! You won't see results until you put the work in, and this morning class pushed themselves today!!! We have 40 people that wake up at 5 AM to see us before they start their day. Going on my 9th week at @alphastrong. Still haven't weighed myself but I'm seeing more change. I am starting to see some definition in my abs, arms, and legs. I'm ready to see those abs again...I've missed them. Still working on losing a little more fat and building more muscle. Areas that need the most work are my lower belly area and my booty, which both took a pretty hard hit from pregnancy...lol. Starting the next 6 week program on the 9th!!
