This year's project was the backyard. With tree-removal, moving the #vegetablegarden, putting up the #swingset, getting something to grow (albeit poorly) on the #BeanHouse, and finally the #BackyardRaceCarTrack and the #FairyGarden, I think we have a mission accomplished. Next year is the front yard!
It's not the beans we planted (they died after transfer), but at least something is growing on the #beanhouse this year. Two errant squash possibly pumpkin plants, and a lonely little cucumber. The spil & sunlight are sub-par in this area of the yard. #gardening

It was a fun family project. We told the kids that birthdays & Easter would be light as we were putting a lot into the swingset. I’m not sure they understood or cared. Our moms helped with the purchase, too. Bethany & I looked online a 6,487,932 swing sets, and narrowed it down to 15 or so in our price range. I have some rogue #squash or #gourd plants popping out of the garden, where none were planted previously. Maybe seeds survived the compost pile? Should I transplant back to the #beanhouse and see what happens?
