Shyan Week 2019: Day 6 - Alternate Universe: SHANE IS SPIDER-MAN.

When the infamous Spider-Man got himself a Twitter to announce he was moving cities from Chicago to Los Angeles, Ryan never thought he'd end up married to the wall crawler. 

His life changed the moment he met fellow intern Shane, and after months of suspecting him a supernatural creature, Ryan never thought he'd find himself befriending the one and only Spider-Man... and the love of his life. 

(Even if sometimes he has to stitch him at 2AM on Tuesdays.)

It's late, Shane is tired, and he wants a drink. Andrew happens to offer just that. A pleasant surprise, in many ways.

cute headcanon: shane is a good listener and will always listen to ryan’s basketball rants even though he can’t add anything to it.... that is, until he starts to because he actually pays attention to what ryan is saying about Sports™️. they don’t realize it goes both ways until ryan is bringing up history facts shane has told him during one of *his* excited ramblings about history. (@beaniegara here)

GOSH, Shane starts picking up names and techniques and other especifics of the game. And sometimes, when Ryan is away, he leaves a game as background noise as he works and smiles when Ryan texts him overexcited rants about the game he doesn’t know Shane is “watching”, too.

He giggles to himself, alone in the apartment, recognizing he is whipped for this man and he wouldn’t have it any other way.

So when he realizes Ryan has been listening to him as he nerds out while working in Ruining History or just reading a new book he found, his heart just fucking melts and god–

Two weeks later, Ryan is yelling at the TV with Steven and his brother while Shane hides the custom made ring he just picked up, excited for it to be the anniversary of the day they filmed together for the first time his first episode in Unsolved, just a few days now.

He wouldn’t have it any other way.

Hi naluh darling 💗! I'm currently in the middle of making a chicken wrap and my little sister and I are about to marathon a little Queer Eye because our schedules rarely line up and I havent slept since yesterday but I still feeling pretty wired enough to receive life from the fab5
