I need a partner to dote on. When they're having a rough day? "Aw poor thing. My sweet baby. Tell me about your day love. How can I make this day better for you." And I'd be kissing their hands, pulling them onto my lap, soothing my hands over their face and kissing their forehead. Whether they're smaller or bigger than me. More masculine or feminine than me. My partner is my baby I don't care!
I know I'm an absolute freak for craving this but I crave domesticity. I want to come home to life, sounds coming from the home that we share and greeting my partner after a long day. I want to see our tooth brushes next to each other. I want to share nightly rituals with someone. Getting ready for bed together, maybe even wearing similar pajamas. Settling in together for the night and tracing each other's faces and sharing soft kisses. Getting under the blankets together smelling like the both of us and our laundry. Waking up to their sleepy voice. Making food for them because I want them to be nourished and cared for. I hope I can share this love with someone someday.
