This beard is looking boss. It may have some grays but it's so flufy. I can't go beard less again. I just can't. I did once after the first week of the pandemic.

I just had to do it. So much was unknown and some of still unknown but I had to shave it but for now I'll trim it by I can't shave it all off again.

I freaked out!!! But here’s what to do so you don’t freak out: 🎀 Make an appointment with your gynecologist 🎀 They will refer you for a mammogram 🎀 Get the mammogram and follow their instructions THEN I needed to figure out some lifestyle changes. Mine include: 🎀 No antiperspirant OR deodorant 🎀 Eating a healthy diet 🎀 Exercise 30 minutes a day 🎀 Drinking 1/2 my weight in ounces of water daily 🎀 Minimizing my daily exposure to chemicals 🎀 Give cancer a terrible host 🙌🏾 🎀 A fibroadenoma feels like a firm, smooth, or rubbery lump in the breast with a well-defined shape. It's (USUALLY) painless and moves easily when touched. Mine HURT to the touch especially during my cycle. It started off as a pea size and grew to the size of a large jelly bean by 2020. And it got evicted during a surgical procedure on 6/10/2020 💯 The pathology report came back normal and it wasn’t cancerous - just a slow growing, very fibrous cyst 🙏🏽❤️✝️ I share my story and my lifestyle because I care about you and the things you might be going through, too.
