I always see posts about loving yourself whether you are skinny, tall, chubby, short, and everything else and that you should just accept how you are.

I think that’s a great message but at the same time if you aren’t happy with yourself don’t settle. Strive to improve! You can live yourself and still want to be better. You don’t have to settle!

Think you’re cute af with that tummy! Fuck yeah you are! Think you want to work a little and get some abs? Then fuck yeah you go!

This isn’t just for females this is for men and everyone else who wants to be better.

You are gorgeous the way you are but if you aren’t happy you don’t have to settle

Be the best you you can be and if that’s you now then amazing!

I used to be anorexic and at the time thought I was happy because skinny was how society thought girls should be. I started eating again until I gained weight and was healthy weight and loved myself still. But, even though I lived myself I wanted to see what more I could become. So I work out now and eat healthier and I’m still becoming better.

You don’t have to settle

Love yourself in every stage you are in and you will be just fine <3
