Ohhhh boy. Oh boy.

Mans can’t cook. He couldn’t make his way out of a kitchen if his life depended on it. If it wasn’t for Tessai (and occasionally Yoruichi) this guy would live on take out, or just starve. Or accidentally poison himself. Or live on cereal. He’s terrible. i know he’s a scientist, but my point is that he experiments \too\ much, and it just is always terrible. He takes Isshin’s Mac n’ Tea and puts ground coffee beans in it. Boils the gatorade and then uses that water for stock in a soup. I think I mentioned it in another hc somewhere that Urahara probably doesn’t even know how much banana’s cost. He'd spend too much on groceries and then forget them and they all go to waste.

The only thing he can reliably make is tea, and on a late night of working in his lab, even that’s sus.

Loves his old man cereal. Grimmjow takes it from him a lot and they kind of have his ongoing game of ‘where’s the cereal today’ because it was the first kind of food that Grimmjow could eat a lot of and not get overwhelmed. Unfortunately, Urahara has to have doubles of everything because of it, and it still gets taken.

Ooooo I’d never considered this one! Hmmmm....the other fandom i’m really into right now is Jujutsu Kaisen (I’m sure no one has noticed at all lollll) so I’ll pick from that one.

I’ll admit i’ve only seen the anime, and read not past that in the manga, mainly becasue i KNOW what happens and I don’t wana be saaaad

Part of me wonders how Geto and Urahara would get along? Like...idk, like I’ve said I haven’t gotten to that part.

I can see him and Gojo being absolutely insufferable together, much to the deep displeasure of literally everyone around them. That sounds pretty much like absolute chaos, and tbh I’m here for it.

I do think he and Shoko would get along pretty well as well, since both are of a more scientific mind.

Also he and Kakashi. Both mysterious, keep their cards close to their chest. But he’d probably get along great with Guy as well, which would be hilarious.

📖- AU I’d like to see them in

I think it would be interesting if we could see more of him as a villain. Still living with Tessai, Yoruichi, Ururu and Jinta, just...definitely not on the soul societies side. Like, not on Aizen’s either, but actively deciding he wanted to change the soul society and how things went and their rules that hurt more than helped.

I want him to change the Rukon district for the better since I think it would be neat if he actually came from there (idk if the manga specifies anything regarding his origins). Hell, even an origin story would be neat.

So like, maybe just...more chaotic? Grated, he’s a pretty chaotic character already, but I want less refined. Give me just batshit insane Urahara. Like actively being a thorn in the soul societies side for that full century of exile. They know he’s in the living world. They know he’s in Karakura town. They also know there’s not a damn thing they can do without making him absolutely worse. Even Captain Yama’s like, yeah, I’m not going near that guy without my soul-hazmat suit.

Oh here’s something else I thought of, lads:

So okay, what if Snow is indeed a “hero,” but only to those around him. Like, if he’s the top of the Academy/top of whatever tf kind of Capitolite Nonsense TM, naturally he’d be held in very high regard by others like him. He’d be viewed as a good guy by others like him. 

But that of course, doesn’t necessarily make him a “hero” of aLL OF PANEM. He’s only viewed as such within his own little elitist bubble.

I might be giving too much benefit of the doubt to the media attempting to stir everyone up with that one freaking word lmao, but just something to consider. A kind of...PERCEPTIVE use of “hero.”
