so the game makes no secret of the fact that herta has a tendency to leave a lot of her projects unfinished if she loses interest or gets distracted by something else, but what shouldn't be underestimated is just how obsessive and unrelenting she will become over something that does catch her attention. as someone with a genius-level intellect, a lot of things are easy to herta ( hence why she gets bored so easily ), but the moment she is confronted by a problem that she cannot solve in five minutes ? she will hyper-focus on it to such an intense degree that you will not be able to talk her into doing anything else. it's a good thing she lives alone on the edge of the cosmos, because she will become an absolute nightmare to live with and you really wouldn't want to be around her or her chaos lmao
