i absolutely LOVE the part in Little Women where Jo asks Laurie if she can call him Teddy and then gets this HUGE SMILE on her face like she’s accomplished something amazing when he says yes, because i am pretty sure she could have asked if she could call him Bitch Face bin Laden and he still would have been like “yes... you absolutely may... i will give you anything you want... flowers? a foot rub?! my hOUSE?!? thE MOON?!!? JUST LMK!!!”
