2-Minute Fudge! . . Need a quick treat? This is quick and easy. It just takes a few hours to completely cool. #fudge . LAURA’S 2-MINUTE FUDGE RECIPE • 1 package of semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 ounce) • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce) • 1 tsp vanilla Prepare an 8x8 inch square pan by lining with foil. Either use nonstick spray or butter to grease the foil. Set aside. Dump the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk into a microwave-safe bowl and nuke for 30 seconds. Stir. Nuke for 30 more seconds. Stir. You might have to do it once more—the goal is melted goodness. (Be careful not to overcook in the microwave! That would be bad…and smell worse.) Add the vanilla and stir until it’s completely smooth. (If you want to add nuts, now is the time.) Pour the fudge mixture into the prepped pan and refrigerate for a couple of hours until it hardens. Turn out onto cutting board, and slice into tiny pieces. . Option: Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top. Press to set in the fudge. . Prep time: 6 minutes Cook time: 2 minutes Cool time: 120 minutes Total: 2 hours 8 minutes . . #fudgerecipe #becausechocolate #ohfudge
