The moment she’d opened her eyes, she was blinded by the sun peak through the gap between his shoulder and neck, her heart instantly dropping the moment she’d realized where she was. Memories of the night before quickly came flooding back to her in bits and pieces. It was like putting together a puzzle, trying to figure out what happened and when, after leaving the party was as far back as her mind seemed to take her. Putting together what happened wasn’t much easier with the pounding headache in the back of her head either, she was a hungover mess, but that didn’t stop the panic that was fluttering in her chest. Ellio was stuck in a rather… “uncomfortable” position.. her arms around Beckett's neck, while his wrapped around her with his hands on her lower back, holding onto her with some kind of death grip. She frowned, feeling disgusted that he was so much as touching her, let alone holding her. It wasn’t until she moved her leg up that she realized, they were both completely naked. Her blood ran cold as she realized that not only had he seen her naked, but there wasn’t a doubt in her mind that they had slept together that night. For a moment she buried her face in his chest purely out of frustration, then yanked her head back again-- fuck this was bad and it was only a matter of time he’d wake up.
And speak of the devil, the moment that thought crossed her mind she felt him move. Her heart was racing, this was it, he was going to snap her in half and it wasn’t even her fault-- right? Ellio stared at nothing as she pondered her death, though quickly her attention turned to the face baring over her, and although she couldn’t see them, she could feel his eyes staring down at her. She blinked stared back, eyes wide in terror as she tried to pretend he’d just woken her up, swiftly taking her arms off of him and letting herself fall against the bed, listening to her own heart race. With what seemed seemed like slow motion, she watched her roommate moved his hand down, then before she knew it she’d been flIPPED onto the ground. The snake yelped and cussed under her breath when she hit the cold hardwood floor, then with amazing speed pulled herself into her own bed and slithered under the covers, wrapping herself up, watching as the Zangoose flipped over, practically unfazed and fell back asleep.
