The only difference between s1 Emma and s5 Emma is that s1 Emma would've punched Regina again for the things she said in the finale.

I agree. That is the only part of the changes in Emma that I don’t necessarily like. I want Emma to lay one on Regina again, and for Killian to be standing in the background smirking like ‘Gods I love this woman’. That would be so damn glorious.
