So excited for Stephanie Rohman in starting her healthy fit lifestyle journey! I happened to meet up with Stephanie early this week during my travels. The last time I saw her was last August and before that a year prior and once a year for the last 7 - 8 years. In between she and I stayed in touch and she follows me on my Facebook fit lifestyle page. She had seen with her own eyes my weight gain thru the last few years and saw my healthy fit transformation in the last year. She was convinced after seeing me this week and decided that she CAN do the same as she is at the same crossroads that I was a year ago.
