I have to say I've never had a bad experience with a BECU phone agent. I HAVE had bad experiences with in person agents and especially with the company they contract for night time credit card support, but the phone staff are generally splendid. If you're in the Seattle area and don't have a better smaller credit union already, still a strong recommend after like eighteen years.
In other news I can't find my American phone. But hey BECU helped me update my number so.
This is the error I received logged into the BECU wifi, looking at what I thought was the BECU.ORG website. Click on Fraud and you get a 404 error. Their employee told me this was nothing and probably just in need of some computer update. Didn't sound any more correct than when I got an email notice that two of my accounts were overdrawn. Looking at the message it showed my checking twice. I know I am lazy at balancing my accounts but it would seem that BECU isn't so good at counting either. Do computer glitches happen with banking like this all the time??
