Might go sleep for a few hours...goodbye lovely people! :D
I socialised.
I am exhausted.
Dream I had last night.
So unfortunately (?) I can't remember the whole dream, which tends to be a running theme as of late, but the last part of it is what I remember particularly well.
So the dream was set in my house, late at night. The parental units were gone, but I was not alone. My cousin was in the house (son of my father's sister), younger than me but taller, essentially very popular nice guy (read: opposite of me). Now seeing as how the extent of our conversations of late, which happen about as often as hardly ever, are limited to "hello's and goodbye's" it's slightly weird that he'd be popping into my dreams. Though needless to that is not the strangest part of my dream. For some reason (don't ask me why), who should step into the room but Louis and Liam from, and it makes me shudder to say it aloud, 1 Direction.
However, my general feeling from the dream is that we were friends, since 1) They were in my house and 2) we were just hanging out like buddies would. Flash forward a couple of hours and everyone's getting ready for bed, that's right we're having a sleepover. If that didn't make the dream awkward enough for some reason we're all sharing a bed! Now this is the part that truly freaked me out. As everyone was piling into the bed I felt my dismayed at the fact that Louis chose the opposite side of the bed to where I was, (Though logical thinking, who'd want to sleep next to me anyway).
As if that was weird enough, when we woke we were at a water park and someone handed Louis a miniature hippopotamus, but it was very temperamental and proceeded to chase him through the park. As before, when I felt hurt when he chose to distance himself from me in the bed, I also gasped when he nearly stepped on the hippo in an effort to get away from it, like I didn't want him to get hurt.
Anyway, weird dreams 1, Jordan 0.
Dawn of the Snuggle-Struggle
Many-a recent morning, I have found myself in a snuggle-struggle...
Stirring first thing on a crispy-aired morning, I am altogether too comfortable being cozier than snugglepot and cuddlepie in my mountain of doonas and surrounded by a halo of soft-as-down pillows.. Soft rain echoes around the room but is slighty muffled by the sheer amount of coziness around me.. *pure, snuggly bliss*
The alarm goes off.. *cover face with pillow and retreat even further into downy softness, relishing it even more knowing I'm supposed to be up*
Five-min alarm interrupts retreat.. *remove pillow, snub alarm by turning the other way, pull covers up to shield face*
Ten-min alarm begets onset of reality..
Me: I really can't stay. Cozy-Haven: But, baby its cold outside...
Don't say Beddy-byes. Give in. Get comfy. Curl up. Nestle. Snuggle.
Truth is, your bed doesn't want you to leave either... :)
