headcanons for raihan, bede and hop giving their s/o an applin?

Oh goodness, this was a lot of fun to write? I wrote it in about ten minutes with how my mind was spitting ideas out at me! I hope you enjoy it!

Raihan:

The moment he got an Applin egg form accidentally leaving his pokemon in the daycare, he knew what he had to do.

He messaged the trainer, telling them one of his pokemon had an egg, and he didn’t know what to do with it.

The trainer flew over there so fast, it was almost comical to him.

He handed them the egg and informed them they needed to give it all their love or something sappy like that.

The trainer rolled their eyes and hit his shoulder before telling him they’d send him updates.

It became a usual thing for the trainer to snap a photo of the egg doing weird things, like lying on the beach with sunglasses under an umbrella.

There was even one with the egg at the movies with popcorn, and Raihan found his absolutely hilarious.

When he got a call, he picked up and heard the trainer almost screaming at the end of the phone.

They started to FaceTime him and showed him that the egg was beginning to hatch.

They were both caught by surprise when a green Applin hatched out of the egg, and the trainer nearly dropped their phone.

The Applin curled up onto their lap, and the trainer planned the camera over to themselves and told Raihan he needed to get over there…and fast.

It didn’t take Raihan too long, and he was flabbergasted by the shiny Applin, and he began laughing, and the trainer was confused.

“Probably form all the love you gave it, it made it into something even more beautiful.” Raihan had exclaimed, and the trainer sighed at his sappiness.

They asked if he knew there would be an Applin inside, and he admitted that he did, and it was his confession.

The trainer happily accepted and was also very excited about their new Shiny Applin to be on their team.

Bede:

Bede had never been good with his words and had an odd feeling he’d mess up confessing to the trainer if he went up and said something.

Hell, he had meant to confess at the finale, but chickened out and challenged them to a battle instead.

When he heard Opal talking about an old tale about Applin’s and their significance, he decided that would be the way to go.

He went out and caught himself an Applin right after and looked at the little dragon type, wondering how the hell someone was supposed to find it romantic.

Still, he decided he’d give it to the trainer, and if they didn’t understand the context, he’d make up some like about ‘Catching the wrong pokemon and not wanting to release it.’

When he found the trainer, he was extremely nervous, and they had spotted him and flagged him down, so there was no running from it.

He was tossing the ball in his hands and looking down at them, and they immediately thought he was looking for a battle and stood up, Pokeball in hand.

Bede just told them to ‘catch’ and tossed the ball at them.

The trainer barely caught it and looked over at him, confused while looking over the love ball he had caught it in.

“What’s this all about.” The trainer asked him as they wondered what the hell was inside of it.

“Thought you should get a better pokemon for your team so you could beat me.” Why did he have to lie all the time?

The trainer scoffed and released the pokemon and stopped for a second while looking at the baby Applin that as staring at them.

The trainer went bright red as they looked at the love ball it came in, then back over at Bede, “You uh…you realized what giving someone an Applin means…right?”

“Of course I do.” Bede was trying to stop himself from going pink in the face, but it wasn’t working out.

The trainer just picked up the Applin and walked over to him.

They kissed his cheek and slipped a note into his hand before walking off.

The note ended up being their rare trainer card, and on the back was their number scribbled on it.

Hop:

Hop wasn’t exactly the most romantic type of person and preferred to take direct action rather than doing it in a code type form.

Still, he really, really liked the trainer, but they were so oblivious to his advances.

He literally told them, straight on, that he liked them, and they replied, ‘Awe you’re my best friend too.’

The worst part is he knew they weren't malicious; they were really just that dense.

Still, he knew full well they knew about the Applin myth as they talked about it a lot as a child.

He decided if he was going to get it through their thick skull, he’d need to do it.

So he went to a nursery and found asked if they had any abandoned Applin eggs, and was happy to find one at the very start.

He took it and handed it over to the trainer and told them, ‘When it hatches, you know what it means, and that’s what I’m trying to get through to you.’

The trainer had been extremely confused at his words but took the egg anyway, hoping to get it to hatch and find the little surprise inside.

When the egg hatched, Hop was nowhere around, and they were freaking out until they saw it was an Applin.

His words echoed in their head, and they knew immediately this was a love confession.

They immediately found Hop after and showed him the Applin, and they had the oddest look on their face before they shouted: “Why didn’t you tell me before?!”

“I have…multiple times.”

Needless to say, the trainer finally got it this time.

Can I ask for Bede jealousy headcanons? Also Bede's reaction to seeing his S/O getting jealous if it's not too much?

Bede (And You) Getting Jealous 

Of course, it’s not too much~ But I would like to say that I apologize for not being able to answer this request earlier. But now I have finished finals and I have more time to write. Woo~ Anyway enjoy, and I hope you like it!

Bede Being Jealous

His first thought to cross his mind was, who did this dumb gremlin think he was to be flirting with a perfect being like you?!

He knew you were champion, but you had wiped the floor with this person’s disgusting face 

But then again, he had expected nothing less from you 

But Bede could not stop himself from just wanting to go over there and grab this insect from you and launch them right into space 

Just far, far from you

At least 300 miles 

But he won’t

Ever since Opal took him in and you somehow gave him a chance with this relationship, he has been trying his best to be a better person

Bede knows that before Opal he was, to put it lightly, a major jerk

All he wanted was to impress the chairman and leave his shadow of an orphan behind

But he couldn’t, and instead decided to do the chairman's bidding to feel at least a sliver of importance

But then Opal took him under her wing and gave him a chance to have a family, and an importance. And he knew how much work Opal put into him in order for him to succeed

So he decided he was going to be the best gym leader he could be

For Opal, and for you

One of the first things he has been trying to do is to be kinder to people

To understand that while he may have difficulties in life, so does everyone else. And quite honestly he has been doing well

He is able to help trainers that come into his gym and challenge him, and guide them to a goal he always wanted but never really needed

But when they say they are going to beat you, Bede just rolls his eyes

You had helped him to where he is now, and you have been a light to him 

And now when he sees this unworthy troll flirting with you, he stops himself

Bede doesn’t want you to think less of him, he doesn’t want you to think he has no respect for you

So he stops

He stays where he is, and feels his past insecurities slowly rise from under

Jealously, anger… fear

And from across the room you see this, his face flushed, a scowl on his face, and his fists tightly clenching his shirt 

You can see everything 

And you quickly say goodbye to your opponent and rush over to him 

You knew what Bede has gone through. During your time together as partners, he has given you his heart but also allowed you to break down his shell he had created for the rest of the world 

And you were forever grateful he allowed you to see him, for him

Once you were in front of him, you softly unclenched his fingers from his shirt and brought it up to your lips

Bede’s face quickly turned red, and he huffed looking away. You just chuckled and kissed his other hand 

Even after all this time you both were together, he could not get used to your affection

You then kissed his lips (which were at a higher temperature than usual) and intertwined your fingers with his

“Can I take my favorite fairy-type gym leader out to eat?”

“Y-Yes, you may.” 

How did I ever deserve you? 

You Being Jealous

You would not hesitate to bring out your pokemon and kick these people out of Galar 

Like every other battle, Bede participates in, you are up on the stands cheering him on

Though he can’t help but glance at you every 5 seconds, which leads to his pokemon rolling their eyes

Since Bede has taken the mantle of being the Fairy-type gym leader, people have been able to see just how cute this tsundere boy was

Doesn’t help that during the battle he looks like an absolute angel (ST)

But there were some girls who took it too far

Like this girl who just lost to your precious boy

You were out in the lobby waiting for Bede like you do every time you come here 

You spotted him coming out of his locker room, and you gave him your most charming of smiles

The blush that came onto his face was just the cutest 

But then a girl approached Bede asking for his autograph, which he quickly signed then turned to walk to you

Then the girl decided to stop him again and ask for a date 

When you heard this you immediately narrowed your eyes and started walking towards them

“I’m sorry but I have to go somewhere.”

“Then just accept my date, I promise we can have a good time.”

Oh goodness you wanted to punch this girl 

“I have a girlfriend, so I am going to have to say no.”

“I bet she is nowhere ne-”

You cleared your throat and took her hands from his sleeve

“I believe my boyfriend told you no, so now excuse us we have somewhere to get to.”

You started to walk away with your boyfriend when she decided to speak again

“I challenge you to a battle! Whoever wins keeps Bede!”

Bede swears the moment the words came out of her mouth, your eyes became pure fire

The only thing you were able to see, was red

You let go of his hand and walked to this girl, and forced her to look into your eyes

“Bede is not some prize you can just battle for. And if you want to battle me, you will first have to complete the gym challenge because it seems you can not even do that.”

Bede was starting to wonder if you were ever this hot 

Her eyes lit up with recognition and she started to shake

You let her go and walked towards Bede

Then you brought him down to the most searing kiss he had ever experienced in his existence

His knees buckled, and you swore you heard a tiny moan come out of his mouth 

You let him go, as his face burst out into flames

“Besides he already chose me as his lucky partner.”

 “Did you have to scare her off like that?”

“Yes.”

This is Love

Summary: Bede falls in love with the forest, with Fairy Pokémon, and eventually... with you, too.

“Seriously, that crazy gran is off her rocker. She doesn’t know how to give people a break.” Bede grumbled, trudging through the dark grass of the Glimwood Tangle. Despite his complaints, training in the mystical forest was his favorite part of training. The darkness caused by the thick foliage made it easier to hide his reactions which, to his dismay, were still easy to read even when he tries his best to remain unbothered.

Bede sighed, his Hatterene easily batting away a Morgana as he stopped in his tracks. “Why do I even put up with all this?” He asked partly to his Pokèmon but mostly to himself. His Hatterene cooed at him. Even with her aversion to strong emotions, she’s gone through a lot caring for Bede and he’s grateful though he’ll never say he is. He knows he ends up hurting her sometimes with his outbursts but despite how crazy Opal can be, he can admit he’s mellowed since growing into his role as Gym Leader.

Bede winced. A memory of himself, enraged, flickered to life in his mind causing his cheeks to bloom a bright pink shade which Opal would no doubt love, the pink loving old bat. And through the haze of anger, he recalled your triumphant grin. His emotions were completely out of his control whenever he faced you, it was a mystery he couldn’t seem to solve even after having the most heated of battles. Once upon a time, he could convince himself that it would stop after he beat you. And while the challenge of facing you had given him back a fervor for life, he knows better now. He knows it’s more than that, more than having an opponent to sharpen the blade of his skill against, that makes you special in his eyes.

Before he can follow that strange train of thought any further, there was a rustling a few steps away.

Bede pressed his back against a mossy dark tree that stretched taller than any tree reasonably should and peaked around to find a trainer trudging through the grass wearing an unmistakable jersey.

The Champion Jersey.

You didn’t seem to notice him as you continued to peruse the tall grass for something, probably a mushroom to help light your path. Bede held back a scoff. His eyes had adjusted to the darkness of the forest and he hardly needed light to guide him through it anymore. He felt somewhat accomplished for a second and then a wave of fondness washed over him as he watched you screech having shaken a Shiinotic instead of a luminescent mushroom.

Bede turned to find Hatterene shivering with the soft emotion and smiling knowingly.

“What?” He near shrieked defensively.

“Who’s there?”

Bede called Hatterene back to its Pokeball and ducked to hide between the tree and a nearby bush just in time for you to round a corner.

“Hello?” You called out again, inching into the clearing that Bede had been making his way to.

It was his favorite part of the dense woods. A hidden place where he liked to set up camp to rest with his Pokemon.

As if entranced by your wonder, Bede dazedly reached out and tapped against the tree and watched as the whole clearing lit up.

A nest of friendly Morelull and Shiinotic who lived around under and in between luminous mushrooms crawled out, Inkay floating through the dense foliage to form lines of hypnotizing light across the tops of the trees, and flower petals started raining down from the wreaths of startled fairy Pokemon.

Oh...

And Bede remembers it all. He remembers having stumbled upon this clearing, as lost as a newborn Deerling, with an ache in his heart that couldn’t be healed. Remembers the Pokemon filling the cracks in it with their light and weaving crowns of flowers in his hair and teaching him what love felt like. This was the place where Bede patched up the wounds in his heart and learned how to care for his Pokemon with gentle touches, to be kind to others, to forgive himself. He loves this place and these Pokemon because they taught him to love.

“Beautiful.” You whispered, eyes shining.

Bede remembers and he feels it all over again.

Oh, so this… this is love.
