If you’re in the market for a bedside clock, the projector type is sweet. No need to turn your lazy head to check the time in the morning.

Bedroom Ceiling: Projector Clock

This, by the bye, is the exact time that our neighbour starts his ludicrously loud vehicle and proceeds to take an excruciatingly long time to edge it out of the garage (directly below the bed). And since America insists on building everything from wood and plaster, the whole building shares the experience, not unlike trying to sleep on a dive-hotel vibrating bed (well, I haven’t actually experienced this, but, I’ve seen movies) while a rabid dog barks in each ear.

Now you may argue that one should be well and truly out of bed by this time, but, if you’ve been lucky enough to get your hands on the year off that most working adults dream of, then you may just come to consider 10:31 as “quite early in the morning”.
