How Much Sleep
I feel like I need to do more research on sleep. It's beyond hard for me to function with my school day schedule and then clinicals at night. Not sure what it is but I constantly want to sleep, may need to get my Vitamin D levels checked. Recently on the news I saw women need 9-10 hours of sleep! When does anyone, especially a woman, get that time just to sleep? I honestly wouldn't complain if they added more hours into a day, like come on sun sloooow down. So long story short I have been up since 7 a.m. and am now probably gonna fall asleep. Problem being I have a night shift clinical tomorrow from 7P-7A, so I surely can't sleep all night. See, sleep problems are no joke.
