Slang is so weird. I mean, you’re taking something almost completely irrelevant and twisting it so it means something else. Who even starts a particular slang word? How does it start trending? Who goes this is too much salt, it makes me angry and decides to shorten it to I’m salty and apply to everything that makes them angry? Who decided bananas was a cute way to call people crazy? What do bee knees have to do with being happy?

u know when ur listening to a really good song and it gets to that one part (u know the one) and all of the sudden ur heart starts beating really fast and it’s kinda hard to breathe and all u want to do is lie face down on the floor and listen to that song on repeat for the rest of ur life. yeah.
YOU KNOW WHAT FEELING I LOVE MORE THAN ANYTHING when you’re watching a film or something and you get SO into it with your eyes drinking up all the details, watching the way the camera moves to entice a certain feeling, seeing the way the actors’ body language and words bring the whole piece to life, the way the music in the background goes hand in hand perfectly with the dialogue and action to convey EVEN MORE emotion, and even the smallest details of the set and costumes until all of the sudden you’ve reached the end and the very last shot before the credits start rolling is just SO PERFECT and somehow finds a way to encapsulate EXACTLY what the story was about in just one still that it sends shivers down your spine and leaves you feeling breathless and like you have the power to take on the world I LOVE THAT SO MUCH and I hope one day I can make someone feel that way through what I create because that would just about be the coolest thing ever
