The marinated beef slices, avocado cream, and tangy Mexican dipping sauce in these beef tacos give them a lot of flavor. It's a tasty and healthy take on a traditional Mexican dish.
Ingredients: 1 lb beef, sliced thinly. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp cumin. 1 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 avocado. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. 1 clove garlic, minced. Juice of 1 lime. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped. 1/4 cup plain yogurt. 1/4 cup salsa verde. 1 tsp hot sauce optional.
Instructions: Put cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Cover the beef slices well with the sauce. Allow it to sit for 30 minutes. Put the Greek yogurt, garlic, cilantro, avocado, and lime juice in a blender. This will make avocado cream. Blend it until it's smooth. Put plain yogurt, salsa verde, and hot sauce in a different bowl. Mix them together to make the Mexican dipping sauce. Set the pan on medium-high heat. The beef slices should be cooked for three to four minutes on each side until they are done. In a different pan, heat up the tortillas. Place beef slices on warm tortillas to make tacos. Add avocado cream on top and Mexican dipping sauce on the side. Enjoy while hot!
